Partner Back bend Pose

This is an after school Yoga Class that is taught at our school campus immediately following dismissal, for an additional fee.  Yoga class are once a week, for 30 minutes, in a class setting.   Ms. Ericka  has been teaching yoga to some of our signed up children for the past month.  Her agenda is:  Body and Partner pose, Balance and Movements, Focus and Meditation, Exploring the body and mind through poses and breath, Vinyasa Flow and Prana,  (saying “namaste”, their special yoga thank you).

We encourage you to ask your child to show you their favorite pose. Children love to be teachers, so maybe they can teach you what they’ve learned.

We are hoping to continue our Yoga After School Program  next year.
