Our teachers (also known as Directresses) holds an American Montessori Society and/or Association Montessori International teaching certificate. The Directresses and their assistants primarily observe and assist the child but they also know when to stay out of the child’s way being the conduit between the child and the materials given. The Directress objectives are to help the child to become an independent learner.
